If something takes your fancy in departures but you don't want to take it on your trip, you can arrange to pick it up on your return.
How it works.
Make a purchase and request Collect on Return.
Collect on Return is a free service available to all departing passengers no matter where you are travelling to.
The Collect on Return service is available on all items at all shops in the department lounge at heathrow, excluding duty-free alcohol and cigarettes.
Heathrow Rewards members will collect 100 extra points and Heathrow Rewards Premium members 150 extra points when using our Collect on Return service.
